The Rudder boys basketball team lost to Rosenberg Terry 83-53 and Class 6A’s No. 4 Galena Park North Shore 79-26 on Thursday to open pool play in the Lamar Consolidated ISD tournament.

Dre Minor led Rudder (0-6) with 22 points against Terry, and Jodarius Hayward led the Rangers with six points against North Shore.

Rudder will continue pool play in the tournament against Northbrook at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
