Madison Johnson had 11 kills, and Gracie Menchaca had 19 digs to help lead the Rudder volleyball team past Navasota 25-16, 25-13, 25-13 in nondistrict play Friday at The Armory.
Kaylee Herd had six kills, 28 assists and eight digs for Rudder (17-13), while Asani Mcgee had six kills and three blocks, and Taylor Baker had seven kills.
Rudder’s JV (4-2) beat Navasota 25-16, 25-16. Rudder's freshman team (3-3) lost to Navasota 25-18, 25-23, while the Rudder freshman Green (5-2) beat Legacy Christian 25-20, 25-17.
