The Rudder volleyball team fell to Montgomery Lake Creek 20-25, 22-25, 19-25 in nondistrict play Tuesday.
Asani McGee had 10 kills and three blocks for Rudder, while Kaylee Herd added 12 digs and 24 assists. Gracie Menchaca had a team-high 20 digs, while Mekenna Muth had 15 and Taylor Baker had 12. Baker also recorded three aces.
The Rangers (16-13) will host Navasota at 5 p.m. Friday.
